Volunteer Scholarship Application

Global Dental Relief offers a variety of scholarships for those seeking financial assistance to volunteer on a GDR project.

All are welcome to apply!

All interested parties are welcome to apply, regardless of

occupation or background.

There are multiple scholarships available each year, with an added emphasis on pre-dental or pre-dental hygiene students, and women in dentistry.

The purpose of GDR's robust scholarship program is to provide unique volunteer opportunities to those with a desire to volunteer and give back.

Successful applicants will join a diverse team of volunteer dentists and hygienists, as well as general volunteers to provide free dental care and oral health education to children living in remote areas of the world.

The scholarship application can be completed up to May 31, 2024.
Any applications received after May 31, 2024 will be considered for projects in 2025.

After you have successfully submitted your application, a Global Dental Relief representative will contact you via email.

Note: Successful applicants will be asked to complete a post-trip report, including short video clips and photos within 30 days of project completion. Specific requirements will be shared upon acceptance.

7. This scholarship covers a portion of the total project fee. Successful applicants will be required to pay the remaining project fee and roundtrip airfare. How do you plan to cover the remaining costs of the project?
